Policies

1. A clear-cut idea of what you’d like help with in regards to fitness.
2. Make sure you’re safely able to partake in a fitness regime. If you have any doubts, please consult a doctor first.
3. Whether paying weekly or monthly, all sessions must be pre-paid in order to be scheduled. If a session isn’t pre-paid for, it isn’t solidified on my schedule. This saves me from lost revenue due to last-minute cancellations. 

4. Cancellation policy: at least 24 hours notice is required in order to not be charged. If 24 hours is given, a chance for a make-up session may be granted if my schedule permits it. I know that things in life come up, but this is my livelihood.
5. Enough cancellations and I reserve the right to allot the time slot to someone else. 

FAQs

1. Do you offer nutrition counseling?

No, I don’t. Nutrition is not my area of expertise, training is.

2. Your rates seem high. Why?

My rates are in-line with other trainer rates here in the Bay Area. I take into account not just my paper credentials, but also my practical credentials, having lived this lifestyle for 25 years, refining my training and teaching methods for over 13 years now, with a proven track record of being able to get my clients into better shape than they ever believed they could.

3. What’s your training style? 

Not cheerleader, but not boot camp instructor, either. I give detailed instructions for each exercise I’ll have you perform, make sure you’re doing it safely and correctly, and when you’re ready, I’ll positively push you to go harder than you think you can go, but I also know when to stop when your limits have been reached. I‘ve been doing this for 13 years and have trained around 550 clients, and I’m proud to say I’ve never had a single injury in any of my sessions.
